Vlad and Martin did a great job repairing our furnace. They not just replaced the malfunctioning inducer motor, but also cleaned the rust from water leakage and painted the board with protective enamel. In addition, they noticed that one of the condensate drains is missing a switch, and installed one for us for free. Manager Kevin is very friendly and responsive in replying to my messages and answering questions. I was able to schedule an appointment on the next day. Great service from great people, highly recommend!

They were super helpful and honest when giving me advice about my heater. When we bought this house the previous owner disconnected the outside unit of AC, took it away because it was broken, and stated that heater was still working normally. We've been using the heater without knowing that it was just an emergency heater, which can drag my electricity bill to the sky $$$$. Damon gave me an honest quote for a minimum of $10k to completely fix the issue, but he also recommended us purchase an oil filled heater to save money. I've never heard of oil filled heater before, but after doing a bit research, I have confidence that it is better than the ceramic portable heater that I have at home. Hopefully my electricity bill won't increase again.

My heater couldn't start. Called Freon service and made an appointment on the first call. Vlad from Freon service showed up on time. Within minutes, he found the issue with the gas valve. He explained clearly and provided the solution to fix the issue. He found the replacement unit in his vehicle and gave me a quote with a reasonable price. Once I accepted it, he started working and fixed the issue right away. My heater is working again. Excellent service from the start to the end. Highly recommended. I have their business card for all future projects.
